So I called Zebra again, and after digging up my old case number, they informed me that they had replaced their ticketing system and probably could not find the solution. Those problems were solved, but I had forgotten about the issues with the CardStudio software. After having multiple problems with my PC, I decided to wipe and reload my PC. I called Zebra and got it working (I remember making a few registry changes), but I either didn't write the fix down or accidentally deleted it when I was cleaning up my unused documents.įast forward to this month. Back in April, I upgraded my PC from Win7 pro to Win8 pro and after the OS upgrade, the CardStudio software would not recognize network drives either by drive letter or UNC paths. I'm using Zebra's CardStudio software to make ID cards.
